Since 2010 Katherine has worked with multiple celebrities at the Latin Grammy Awards, and was in 2012 and 2015 also invited to work at the Miss Universe contest with the reigning Mrs. Universe. In 2015 Katherine worked New York Fashion Week, PremioLo Nuestro, Mayweather Pacquiao Fight Week and Premios Juventud.

In 2012 Katherine founded KGcosmetics and introduced her own makeup line. She did it because her search for allergy friendly makeup, such as paraben and talc free products, seemed to be impossible at many of the big brand names, and to ensure she only uses the very best products on her clients. The skin is subject to so many weather and environmental challenges and allergies are on the rise, so the products you choose for your skin need to be as gentle to sensitive skin as possible. Under the slogan «Beauty Made Simple» Katherine has created the ultimate makeup palette for both the professional makeup artist, and the every day makeup consumer.
